Our Founding Farm:

TABULA RASA

At the heart of our culinary philosophy lies a deep commitment to nourish our community through our focus on nutrient dense foods with locally sourced ingredients and made with fine dining techniques and preparation.

Our commitment to regenerative farming allows us to cultivate harmony between land, people, and animals—creating health for each and restoring a better relationship with our food and how it’s grown. While it costs more to raise our animals with dignity and respect on open pastures filled with love, we believe in reciprocity—we raise animals for food and in exchange we honor them and provide them the best possible lives.

TABULA RASA IS A REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE FARM

Located in Oregon wine country just outside Carlton, Oregon, Tabula Rasa Farms raises grass fed and grass-finished cattle, heritage breed hogs and pasture-raised laying hens, naturally and respectfully. We also grow flavorful, fresh vegetables. Our heartfelt mission is to be the source you trust for clean, all-natural, nutrition-packed meats, eggs, and farm fresh vegetables that are worthy of you and your family.

HUMANELY RAISED ARTISAN MEATS

Ever wonder why meat from one farm can taste so much better than another? It has everything to do with how the animals are raised. At Tabula Rasa Farms we raise our animals with dignity and respect for the gift they give us. We let animals be animals. Grazing and foraging on lush pastures and forest land, naturally in harmony with nature. This low-stress life free of hormones and unnecessary antibiotics is the key ingredient in flavorful, nutrient dense meat.

FRESH VEGETABLES GROWN WITH LOVE

We use regenerative farming methods that promise improved soil health and higher nutrient density. The goal for our farm is to mimic nature as much as possible. These methods result in incredibly flavorful, fresh veggies for you and your family. You can feel good about what you’re feeding your family for dinner.
